Lucie Harper

Lucie is the global practice leader at Real Chemistry for the international integrated communications team. She has almost 30 years of experience in health communications.

Lucie joined Real Chemistry in 2019 and prior to joining, she headed up the health team at Weber Shandwick in the UK for 15 years. Before joining Weber Shandwick, Lucie held positions at Ogilvy Healthworld and Burson-Marsteller.

In her role at Real Chemistry, Lucie heads a team of over 60 people across a range of disciplines including brand communications, corporate communications, advocacy, policy, earned media , social & influencer and digital communications

Lucie’s experience spans developing and leading both UK, EMEA and global programmes and she has a deep understanding of the dynamics of the health and pharmaceutical environment.
