Bieneosa is Head of Communications and Government Affairs, Inclusion and Diversity at GSK and is passionate about building an equitable workplace culture.

As part of her remit, she is responsible for developing a proactive and ambitious communications and government affairs strategy for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in support of GSK's business objectives that engages key stakeholders, leverages opportunities, manages risks, and builds corporate reputation and employee pride.

Before GSK, Bieneosa was Head of Corporate Communications at Centrica and Centrica Women's Network co-chair.

Earlier in her career, Bieneosa was part of an award-winning communications team contributing to McDonald's revitalisation in the UK.

In addition to a long history with consumer-facing brands and running her PR consultancy, she has worked in the public and not-for-profit sectors. Bieneosa co-founded Ignite, a not-for-profit organisation that operated from 2009-2013 to promote the benefits of cultural diversity in the public relations industry.

Bieneosa has been a mentor for Women in PR and is a non-executive director for the Climate Alliance Community Interest Company, which runs One Home, a UK consumer awareness campaign dedicated to providing practical solutions to climate change.
